In East Flatbush and surrounding areas, mental and emotional challenges like stress, trauma, and PTSD are often left unaddressed. We aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for adults 18+ to talk about these issues and find real solutions.

Participants will walk away with practical tools for:
