With much interest and lovely feedback from last year’s sessions I’m thrilled to bring this very unique sound experience back to Plymouth, to Aerial Allsorts new studio, this April. Enjoy an hour of absolute bliss cocooned in an aerial hammock, immersed in Sound.
*Cocoon - something that envelops someone in a protective or comforting way.
This is a beautifully blissful experience, a combination of weightlessness and sound creates the perfect environment for meditation. As you float in your hammock, the soothing sound journey guiding you into a deep state of mindfulness, an opportunity to let go of thoughts and relax deeply.
Please arrive promptly, to allow time park, plenty of free parking, to settle in your hammock, we will help you.
