TERMS & CONDITIONS
Spirit Under 18s Event - Important Information
This event is strictly for Under 18s, typically ages 12-16.
At Spirit, child safety is our top priority. Staff are DBS checked, fully trained in safeguarding and first aid, with high SIA security presence throughout the event.
🚫 No alcohol will be on display or available.
🚪 No re-entry once you leave the venue. A supervised outdoor area is available for fresh air - leaving this area means you cannot return.
👨‍👩‍👧 Collection Policy - Children must be collected directly from the venue by a parent or guardian. End-of-night dispersal is supervised, and taxis must confirm the name of the person they are collecting.
❌ Zero tolerance for bullying, fighting, vandalism, or abuse towards staff - offenders will be ejected and banned.
Admission Rules
• No food or drinks allowed inside (free water available)
• No vaping - vapes will be confiscated and not returned
• No hoods or balaclavas
• Searches are compulsory (NO SEARCH = NO ENTRY)
• Bag searches, pat downs & metal wands will be in operation• Anyone intoxicated or in possession of weapons will be refused entry and parents/police may be contacted• Bullying, fighting, vandalism or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate ejection and a permanent ban from all future events.
This event is strictly for young people under 18. Anyone found to be over 17 will be refused entry or removed immediately. ID may be requested. This is a safeguarding requirement and is non-negotiable.

A parent or guardian contact is required for safeguarding purposes - Including emergencies, if the attendee needs to be collected or if staff need to communicate important information during the event.
Allergies (optional - serious allergies only):
Please list any serious allergies that require emergency awareness (e.g. anaphylaxis). Snacks will be sold at the event and may contain or come into contact with nuts and other allergens. This information will be accessed only by trained staff for emergency purposes and deleted after the event.
Medical Conditions (optional):
Please list any serious medical conditions staff should be aware of in case of emergency.
Accessibility / Special Requirements (optional):
Please let us know if your child has any additional support needs for the event.
Photography and Video Consent (required):Photography and videography will take place during this under-18s event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our social media channels, and your child may appear in them.By purchasing a ticket, you consent to this use. If you wish for any content featuring your child to be removed, please contact us via our social media accounts and we will do so as soon as possible.
Privacy & Data Use:
All information collected is stored securely and used only for the purposes outlined above. Data will not be shared outside the event team and will be deleted after the event
