Embrace the call of the cocoon and let yourself be whisked away on a journey of self-discovery and connection. Let us hold space for you creating a refuge from the chaos of everyday life where you can finally exhale, surrender, and let go of the burdens that weigh on your mind, body and soul.

Together let us embark on this sacred journey and create a sanctuary where your heart can truly come alive.

In this sacred pause, you will find solace and serenity. It is a moment in your week that empowers you to reflect on the beauty and blessings that surround you. This is your time to embrace gratitude and appreciation, to honor the incredible journey you are on.

Within this pause, we invite you to discover more than just comfort – but finding the beauty of connection. It is a space where you can simply be, where your true self is seen, heard, and valued. Helping your worries and troubles melt away as you are gently guided through practices that wash away the stresses of the day.

What to expect:

Welcome and grounding practices, a sacred pause, time for sharing and reflecting, journalling practices, guided journeys and meditations.

Who is This For?

A space for women who long to reclaim their power, their time, and their sense of self. It is for those who seek solace amidst the chaos, a stepping stone into the world of self-care and well-being. Who want a space to connect, to themselves and others.

What you will need:

Bring with you whatever brings you comfort –

Some suggestions which are all optional, the warmth of a cozy blanket, the embrace of your favourite pair of pyjamas. Surround yourself with home comforts and create a space that nurtures your soul. Snuggle up with a hot water bottle if you wish, cradle your favourite mug, and prepare to embark on a transformative experience. A journal to capture what flows through you. Water for hydration.

About Your Guides:

Your spaceholders, Hannah & Katy first connected in November

2019. The reason they did was because they were seeking something more from friendship circles in their lives. They wanted to find deeper connection with like-minded people.

Sitting across from each other that day cemented a connection neither of them had felt before. One so genuine and authentic.

Stripped back strangers. They felt they could uncover anything and the other person would listen, without judgement.

They want to help others find this, within themselves and with others, in a sacred space where they feel comfortable to share and unveil their true thoughts and feelings.

Katy is an Usui & Angelic Reiki Holy Fire Master & a Somatic Shamanism and Energy Medicine Practitioner.

Hannah is an experiential designer, founder of the Sober Butterfly Collective and co-founder of BOLD AF Events, curates meaningful gatherings to connect people without alcohol.
