4-beat Rocket Yoga - A four week course

Explore 4-beat Rocket; an energetic, strong and fun practice linking your breath, and your movement to music. This dynamic practice gives you the opportunity to follow a structured sequence while still providing lots of moments to play and have fun!
The main emphasis of the class is keeping a steady breath throughout, whilst flowing through a wide range of poses to a specially created playlist.
Expect a powerful and playful class, which energises your entire body. You can choose to challenge yourself as much or as little as you want. Either way, it will leave you wanting more….

About Billy:
"Hello I am Billy.
I have had a regular yoga practice for 9 years. Yoga has become a huge and important part of my life both on and off the mat, inspired and guided by some incredible teachers who I still practice with today.
I was fortunate enough to do my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Hero between lockdown 1 and 2, which I still say was one of the best things I have done. During this time of lockdown I attended my first Rocket yoga class online and was hooked from day one. I have since taken a further 200 hours in Rocket yoga and 4 beat music with some of the most amazing, fun and incredible teachers. I love the rocket sequence and the combination of moving to strong music is an extremely powerful and intense form of moving meditation which I love and can’t wait to share.
I truly believe Yoga changes lives both on and off the mat for so many reasons, spiritually, physically and mentally. And of course the incredible friends and beautiful people I have met along this yoga journey.
