COASTAL SOUNDS
About this Event
Coastal Sounds, a free and all-ages micro-festival featuring Green Room Paradise, Dylan Cunningham, Ladyfinger, and Looking West takes the stage at Plaza del Mar’s Band Shell on Sunday, June 28.
The centerpiece of the event remains the historic and recently upgraded Plaza del Mar Band Shell, a designated City of Santa Barbara landmark, which was constructed in 1919 to provide a venue for public concerts. Chris Benedict, DJ of Ability, delivers full sound production for the concert.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own picnics (BYO picnic), seating, blankets, games and sample local fares available at the park.
Free parking is available in the Pershing Park lot near Carriage Museum.
Coastal Sounds is part of Arts in the Open, a series presented by the Parks and Recreation Department in partnership with the PARC Foundation, which celebrates a wide range of artistic experiences designed for all ages.
