Coastal Connection - Parent & Child Experience Wednesday 27th May 2026

Enjoy a unique and energising coastal wellbeing experience designed for parents and children to connect, move and have fun together.

Unlike many activities where children are dropped off and parents step away, this experience is all about sharing the day side by side — creating genuine connection through movement, laughter and new experiences.

The day begins with a warm welcome before heading onto the sand for an engaging boxercise session, where parents and children learn simple techniques together. Working as a pair, you’ll build confidence, support each other and take away skills you can continue long after the day ends.

The adventure continues on the water with a choice of kayaking or paddleboarding within the calm, sheltered harbour. Guided by experienced instructors, this session is suitable for all abilities, with a strong focus on safety, enjoyment and building confidence in the water.

To finish, parents can unwind and recharge in the warmth of the sauna, with the option of a refreshing sea dip, while children enjoy beach games nearby in a safe and visible environment. Children are also welcome to join the sea dip with their parent if they wish, or continue playing on the beach — offering flexibility to suit everyone.

This carefully designed experience brings together movement, adventure and quality time, creating lasting memories in a stunning coastal setting.
