Benjamin Wood is a Master Coach & Facilitator, Master NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) practitioner, Master TimeLine therapist, ICF certified Executive Coach, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Practitioner and MET (Motivational Enhancement Therapy) professional. He incorporates all of these modalities along with cognitive psychology and elements of counselling into his own coaching practice and also facilitates seminars and coaching training events teaching others globally.
