Location: Rotunda Cafe (in the Lakeridge Bank atrium)Some tasks don’t take so much time as they do energy. This co-working session is designed to help you meet those draining to-dos with clarity, support, and shared momentum.
For February, we’re focusing on an Energy Audit. Before we begin, you’ll choose 1–2 tasks that consistently drain you and commit to completing them during our time together.
These might include:
• Emails you’ve been avoiding
• Scheduling or rescheduling clients
• Admin or backend tasks
• Follow-ups, forms, or systems clean-up
How it works:
We’ll start with a brief grounding and intention-setting, then move into focused co-working alongside other healers. The group container helps soften resistance, build accountability, and transform heavy tasks into completed ones.

Your laptop, planner, and a short list of energy-draining tasks you’re ready to clear.
