Co-op Summer Harvest featuring Tomatoes and Corn
About this Event
Tickets include admission to class and a bag of groceries with all of the class's recipe and ingredients. We hope our students will make the recipe at home! Celebrate summer in Vermont with a hands-on cooking class that highlights the vibrant flavors of locally grown produce. In this engaging session, you’ll work with fresh, seasonal corn and tomatoes. Together, we’ll explore how to bring out the best in these ingredients while supporting our local food system and deepening your connection to what’s growing right here in our community.
