Are life’s stressors making you frazzled? Overwhelmed and worried? Multiple research studies have shown that mindfulness interventions can improve anxiety, sleep problems, stress, and chronic pain among others.
Join us for a hands-on workshop to explore simple mindfulness strategies to help live life with more ease. Led by a certified mindfulness meditation instructor--April Wazeka, MD.—in this session you will learn practical techniques to quiet your mind, manage stress, and find calm in a chaotic world. As the fall begins and the school year is now in full swing, this is a great time to incorporate these practices.
