Learn about the authentic beer and drinks the colonists enjoyed during the American Revolution from the Regimental Brewmeister. Listen to the music of the colonial period performed by the Ministers of Apollo and taste colonial inspired appetizers and desserts.

Join re-enactors in colonial costume or just come casual and share the fun atmosphere of a colonial tavern to benefit the historic preservation of the Twin Maples Estate which is on both the New Jersey and National Historic Registers.
