About the Speaker
Dr. Malcolm Kendrick is a Scottish medical doctor, retired general practitioner, and author renowned for his critical examination of cardiovascular health, particularly challenging the established cholesterol hypothesis. Graduating from the University of Aberdeen in 1981, he has over 25 years of clinical experience, including contributions to the European Society of Cardiology's online educational system and the development of the original NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) website. His works, such as The Great Cholesterol Con, A Statin Nation, and The Clot Thickens, delve into the complexities of heart disease, advocating for a reevaluation of conventional medical perspectives
