Club Soul Spring Hike, Yoga & Sea Dip

Join us for a soul nourishing morning of movement and connection on the Newcastle coastline ✨

We’ll meet at 9:30am by the toilets in Donard Car Park before heading off on a walk, taking in fresh sea air and views of the Mournes meeting the sea. The hike will be followed by a yoga session led by Yoga by Vero, designed to help you reconnect with your body after the walk.

To finish, for those who want to do it, we’ll head for a sea dip. This is about stepping outside your comfort zone in a supportive and uplifting environment.

This event is about community, so come alone or bring a pal! 🌊🥾
You'll leave with a water bottle and other goodies, which are included in the ticket price 🌅

Please ensure you are medically fit to take part and assess your own ability, particularly in relation to the hike terrain, cold water exposure and weather conditions. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you are encouraged to opt out of any activity.

Info: Unwind with a calming yoga session led by Vero, focusing on stretching and recovery (duration: ~20 minutes).

Info: We'll finish with a dip in the sea (optional). Feel free to wade, splash, or go for the full plunge. This time duration includes changing and walking back to the carpark.
