Each session includes gentle stretching, engaging cognitive games, and rhythmic music-making with drums and Boomwhackers. The focus is on connection, stimulation, and fun in a relaxed, community-centered environment.
Our cognitive program promises to offer socialization, reminiscing, fail-free games and music.
For anyone facing Cognitive Impairment such as Dementia, Alzheimer's or Parkinson's or other neurological disorders AND their Care Partner looking for socialization, reminiscing, and connection.
Free for participants. Community donations accepted.
