2 hour in person course designed for young women (10 through 18years old and their mom/guardian). We will discuss the beauty of the feminine genius and our menstrual cycles. Learn what is normal and what is not, underlying factors that could be affecting your periods, natural ways to improve menstrual health without relying on birth control, period products, how to track your cycle, healthy living and more!
