You'll see....

It will be fun.

No experience required.

Then we soften.

Grab a mat, blanket, pillow.

Lie down and drop into sound.

Gongs, signing bowls,

and other layered tones.

We close in circle.

A space to share,

to reflect,

or stay within.

Step in curious.

Please wear comfy clothing to move in.
