Ruthie Lane Art & Studio Heald have joined forces for a night of chic closet transformation - plus we are celebrating Studio Heald's brand new studio in the Screw Factory Lofts!
This is a BYOG event: Bring Your Own Garment. Grab that piece in your closet that's been begging for a refresh, and give it new life choosing one of two techniques:
🧵 Bead Embroidery by Studio Heald: Add hand-stitched beaded detail for a one-of-a-kind, elevated finish. Beads are thoughtfully curated by the ever-stylish Studio Heald, and you get the treat of having instruction by the one and only Gina Heald - you really can't go wrong with this option!
🎨 Fabric Paint Stamping by Ruthie Lane Art — Using unique, high-quality stamps sourced from Spain (seriously, not your average craft-store stamps), you'll create custom patterns and designs on your garment of choice making it uniquel your style!
No experience is necessary! These designs are approachable for total beginners, so whether you're a seasoned upcycler or picking up a sewing needle for the first time, you'll leave with a new skill and a compliment worthy piece to be proud of. Plus it's the perfect opportunity to see Studio Heald's beautiful new sewing studio in person!
