Pilates in the Park

We will be hitting the mat for a 45-minute outdoor pilates class this summer! This full-body class focuses on low-impact, controlled movements that promote mobility and strength, with a key focus on the deep core muscles.

Details:

• Payment is not required for this class, however donations are greatly appreciated! (Suggestion for donation is $5) - PREFERENCE IS VENMO (@CLEHEALTHANDSOCIALCLUB)
• Please bring a mat/towel/blanket
• Class is dependent on weather. If class is canceled due to weather, donations will be refunded.
• Cancellation will be at least 1 hour before class starts
• Class will take place in the grass behind the Solstice Steps
