Closing with Joy: A Holiday Journey of Yoga, Sound Healing, & Reflection

As the year comes to a close, let’s come together for a heartfelt wellness experience filled with joy, gratitude, and reflection. We’ll flow through a vinyasa based yoga practice *flowwithzoe*, enjoy the cleanising magic of a sound bath, reflect on the year, and connect with like-minded wellness loving beings!

After our session we will have time for light bites and drinks supplied by our amazing partners! Everyone will go home with a Wellness Goodie-bag as well!! :)

Let’s release what no longer serves us, setting the tone for the holiday season, and create intentions for the new year ahead. It’s the perfect way to ground yourself, feel uplifted, and step into what’s next with an open heart. Can’t wait to share this beautiful experience with you! ✨
