s€x – statistics – capitalism explores how digital platforms present themselves as tools for connection, while in reality operating as structured systems. How do statistics shape the way we desire and recognize one another?
The exhibition looks for moments of resistance and alternative ways of relating; glimpses of futures not fully captured by these systems, where queer bodies can exist in their full complexity. And how might queer bodies resist or move beyond systems of extraction and control?

About the closing performance
This performance by Wilbert Vogels will be a recontextualization of the beautiful ballroom scene and an ode to queer expression. It's a live coded interpretation of the musical foundation used within the Ballroom scene mixed with stunning visuals, a live performance and accompanying music. A feast of improvisation and joy, where everyone is invited to move, dance and express to these algorithmic beats.
