About this Event

Join us for a special evening of deep rest and release as we come together to close out Studio Forma's chapter with sound. This sound bath will guide you through waves of resonant tones — crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle vibration — designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for reflection.

Whether you've visited Studio Forma for other events or this is your first time in the space, this session is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be fully present as we say enjoy this space one last time.

• A warm, welcoming space held with care and intention

All levels welcome. No experience necessary — just bring yourself.

Event Details

• Doors open 15 minutes before the event. Please arrive on time to honor the space and your fellow guests.
• Please bring your own pillow, blanket, and yoga mat. Eye pillows/masks are also suggested for a deeper experience. These items will not be provided during the session however they are essential to being the most comfortable in the experience.
• Tickets are non-refundable (if you are unable to make your attendance, please feel free to gift the ticket to a friend or family member)

Tasha Hampton is a Seattle-based sound meditation practitioner and wellness facilitator with certifications in sound healing, breathwork, reiki, yoga, and meditation. Over the past 6 years, she has hosted more than 100 immersive sound bath experiences across the US west coast. With past brand partnerships like Vuori, Parachute Home, Adidas, Poshmark, Lululemon and so many others, Tasha brings a grounded, refined, and deeply intentional approach to every experience she creates.
