Event Description:

Closing Cycles is a 4-week, in-person group therapy series held every Tuesday from December 9 through December 30 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.

This series is designed for women who feel emotionally heavy, tense in the hips or low belly, disconnected from their femininity, or stuck in repeating patterns that never fully close.

December naturally brings old emotions to the surface, and the body often holds what the mind has not processed. Many women carry this weight in the hips, womb, and lower belly without even realizing it.

In this women’s circle, you will explore how your body stores stress, resentment, overwhelm, grief, and past experiences.
You will learn how to soften, release, and reconnect using gentle external somatic practices, pelvic-womb awareness, and guided therapeutic support.

Across the 4 weeks, we will explore the connection between

1. your pelvic-womb space and emotional patterns
2. hip tension and overwhelm
3. hormonal rhythms and stress
4. unprocessed experiences from relationships, family patterns, and the year itself

This space is soft, grounded, therapeutic, and trauma-informed. All practices are external only and fully clothed.

Weekly Themes

Week 1

What your body has been holding this year. Mapping emotional blocks in the hips and womb. Gentle grounding and softening practices.

Week 2

Releasing the weight of the year from your hips. Understanding how the hips store emotional pressure. Guided somatic release and emotional clearing.

Week 3

Clearing space in the womb. Exploring womb-held emotions, past seasons, and experiences ready to close. Gentle womb and low-belly softening.

Week 4

Closing cycles and preparing for 2026. Therapeutic reflection, feminine embodiment, and releasing what you cannot bring into the new year.
