Clinical Pilates Workshop

Our Clinical Pilates Workshop returns on March 21, 2026. This session is designed for the practitioner who wants to move beyond surface-level cues and dive into the biomechanics of lasting change.
Whether you are a Kinesiologist, Physiotherapist, RMT, or movement instructor, this day is about refining your clinical eye. We explore the essential pillars of movement: breath mechanics, pelvic stability, ribcage and scapular placement, and cervical alignment.
You will learn how to bridge the gap between abstract exercise and functional pain solutions using the principles of flow, form, and control.
