Clinical Hypnosis- Reducing the freeze response

The freeze response is a normal but distressing response to stress and trauma. It is often associated with fatigue, dissociation, emotional numbness or sadness. In this clinical hypnotherapy session, you will have a chance to explore underlying causes of the freeze response and rewire your nervous system into regulation.

The session includes:

-Explanation of the freeze response and clinical hypnotherapy

-Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques to explore triggers, uncover root causes, reframe responses and re-energize the body.

-Opportunity to discuss and ask questions

-Integration and post session tools
