At my Sunset Sound Bath, you’ll unwind on Miami Beach as the sun sets, surrounded by calming waves and the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. We’ll start with a brief tapping and breathwork session, preparing you to fully relax into the sound bath. Sound frequencies offer a gentle path to healing and allow you to step outside your comfort zone in a powerful but effortless way.
