The Value of Neighbourhood Connections

In communities all around the world, greater trust, communication and connection are regularly proven to increase safety and resilience. Building local ties is one of the best ways we can prepare for climate change. My Climate Plan is helping neighbours come together for a special community discussion on Thursday October 2nd, 5 pm, at the James Bay Community Centre.

Whether you live alone, rent or own, have kids or pets (or none) this event is for you if you have concerns about climate change and would like to feel more confident, well-resourced and connected. Don’t believe in climate change? This event isn’t for you! The science of climate change won’t be part of this community discussion.
