Start your morning with fresh sea air, gentle movement and good company.Our Cliff Top Yoga & Breakfast Club is a welcoming 60-minute practice set against the beautiful coastal backdrop. We’ll flow through sequences that blend movement, breath, balance and gentle strength-building to help you feel more connected, steady and at ease in your body. Suitable for beginners and improvers.
This is a feel-good class for all levels. There’s no pressure for perfection, just an invitation to move with awareness, honour your body and enjoy the rhythm of breath and nature around you. The focus is on balance within, not performance, and coming away feeling grounded and refreshed.
After class, those who wish can join us at the Cliff Top Cafe for breakfast and a relaxed chat. It’s a chance to connect, share a coffee, and ease into the weekend together.
