The great thing about living at the seaside is that during the winter months, there's plenty of empty roads to run on.
The worst thing about living on the seaside is that there aren't many people around to share the empty roads with.
Thanks to our partnership with Timing Monkey, we're trialling a new opportunity this year for runners to run a half on Maravan Saturday: maybe you want the excitement of running a double, but without the commitment of training for two marathons, or maybe the Saturday just suits you better?
4 (slightly shorter) laps of Thorpe Park Holiday Park, with a bespoke medal for all participants, this is a strictly limited opportunity open to just 40 entrants.
With the aim of providing a fun, sociable event which doesn't take itself too seriously, with an interesting venue and a local flavour, all finishers will receive a Vigilantes medal for each day, along with a quality goody bag.
