A judged, wall-supported strict curl competition where: • Head, shoulders, and glutes must remain against the wall
• Heels within 12 inches of the wall
• Full arm extension required at the start
• No momentum or body sway
• Judges’ commands must be followed
This is pure strength and control — no shortcuts.
