Your Experience:

• 1:30 PM: Check-in
• 2:00 PM: Cathartic Yoga (Deep Stress Release)
• 3:00 PM: Flow Yoga (Shift gears with movement, breath, and powerful energy release)
• 4:00 PM: Rooftop Social (gifts, prizes, drinks, food, meaningful networking)

Event held in the Princess K Ballroom. Parking is free with ample spaces at and around the hotel—no validation required. Check-in is in the lobby just outside the ballroom on the 1st floor, with clear signage guiding guests to class and rooftop afterwards. Take in the 360° tour of The Karol Hotel.
