About this Event

Join us in the afternoon for a fun and meditative program at the library!

Many people report that mindfulness moments are ‘life changing’. Mindfulness techniques can be practiced by anyone and the benefits can be truly profound. Mindfulness has been found to improve performance and productivity, promote more cohesive teams, boost job satisfaction, and reduce organizational absenteeism and turnover levels. People report that they are more resilient to stress and able to manage stress in a healthier fashion.

Ajia Munns will be presenting this program for you to learn how to meditate by quieting the mind, reducing stress, and conflict management through social and emotional learning.

Brought to you by the Library Foundation of Los Angeles.
