CLEAN-THREE! A three session workshop on clean eating/living.

It's time to COME CLEAN! Join us for the Clean Three lunch and learn workshop for better health and living. The topics include cleaning up your gut, cleaning up your plate/pantry, and cleaning up your body. Each session will be facilitated by Jody, a local health coach, provide handouts, and suggest action steps to continue your health journey. A voucher will be provided to all participants to enjoy a non alcoholic cocktail at Vital Garnish, in Canandaigua, New York. My mission is to empower others to learn more about their own bodies , and build healthy habits for more balance and wellness in their lives. What a great opportunity to try some wonderful new foods at a local restaurant, make friends, learn some new healthy habits, and get on the road to better health.
