• April Biagioni, Community Clinical Manager, Inside Edge Consulting Group – April will provide insight into healthcare and housing-related challenges.
• Shana Asby, Program Director, Compudot – Shana will address the lack of technology access in homes within an ever-changing digital world.
• Keshia Zimmerman, Executive Director, Calvary Refuge – Keshia will share perspectives on the evolving needs of families experiencing homelessness.

3 Pathways to Homeownership

• Clayton State University - Dr. Cephas Archie -AVP will talk about homeownership via higher education, certifications in AI and other certifications and other resources offered by Clayton State University leading to sustainable homeownership
• Clayton County HUD - Beverly Curry- Real Estate Speicalist - will talk about homeownership via Down Payment Assistance programs for the residents of Clayton County moving into homeownership and start building generational wealth
• GMEN - Elizabeth Wilson - Pres & CEO - will talk about moving renters into homeownership via Workforce Development, Job training & Entrepreneurship

Hear from Clayton State University's unique approacch via of education, certifications, etc. to helping families attain and sustain stable affordable housing along with Dr. Bambie Hayes-Brown - Pres & CEO - Georgia ACT, Isaiah Zimmerman - Dir Community - Clayton County Community Service Authority and other community advocates and stakeholders, elected officials, agencies, builder/developers, residents, investors, real estate professionals and community leaders on how we work together in "Advancing Affordable Housing Solutions".
