WHAT IT IS Two full days. This is the combined Registration and Bid Bootcamp where you go from finding State, Local, and Education (SLED) opportunities in your own backyard to writing a competitive proposal. This is not a lecture. You work through it together in real time. You leave with a proposal outline or draft ready to submit.
Day one you register and learn to find the bids. Day two you write.
DAY ONE: REGISTER IN YOUR OWN BACKYARD The opportunities are already there. The question is whether your business is positioned to find them and actually compete. You go inside the procurement system live and you walk out knowing exactly where to look.

DAY TWO: WRITE THE WINNING PROPOSAL A hands on day where you actually write a competitive government proposal. You learn the strategies, frameworks, and AI tools successful contractors use to win State, Local, and Education contracts. You leave with a clear step by step process for tackling RFPs.
WHO IT IS FOR Small business owners ready to write their first proposal. Entrepreneurs who have found opportunities but do not know how to respond. Anyone who wants a proven process they can repeat. No prior experience required.
