Get ready for a hands-on clay experience that’s all about texture, personality, and a little outdoor charm! In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll design and create your very own ceramic Garden or Welcome sign—perfect for adding a warm, handmade touch to your porch, patio, or garden space.We’ll guide you step-by-step through fun surface design techniques, including tracing your own words, experimenting with stamps and textures, and adding decorative elements using clay molds. Whether you prefer something rustic, floral, modern, or whimsical, your sign will reflect your unique style.
Your finished piece will start at approximately 5 1/2" x 11", a perfect beginner-friendly size—but if inspiration strikes, you’re welcome to go bigger (additional costs may apply for larger designs).
A $10 instructional fee is required to reserve your seat, and the cost of your project will be paid the day of the event. The standard sign is $45, with larger sizes available for an additional fee.
This workshop is 2 hours long and is designed for ages 16 and up. Ages 13–16 may attend with a ticketed adult, and both must have paid tickets due to limited space.
