What to Expect:
Curious about handbuilding with clay? This is for you!
Create your own functional pottery or sculptural piece in this 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop! Whether you want to make a mug, bowl, vase, or something more decorative, you'll learn the basics of foundational handbuilding techniques.
Choose your own adventure. Come in with a vision or choose from a variety of Amaranth's templates! No idea what to make? No worries! Our instructor will be there to provide guidance and ideas.
We'll keep projects simple enough to complete in one session, with the focus on exploring shape, texture, and technique. If time allows, you can add your own designs using underglaze paints.
