Classic Series: English Cheese & Cider—$75
About this Event
Cheeses of the UK are often overshadowed by their French and Italian counterparts—come join us while we thrust them into the spotlight!
In this class, Britain’s best cheeses will be front and center. You’ll taste a handpicked lineup of rare and iconic varieties, hear the fascinating stories behind them, and discover how passionate cheesemakers are reviving centuries-old traditions.
Our expert monger, Taryn Ruf, will lead you through this one-of-a-kind tasting that will feature cheese paired with perfect cider and accompaniments. We are willing to bet that by the time the class ends, you'll wonder why British cheese isn’t already your favorite. Seats are limited — don’t miss your chance to indulge!
