To say that Clash 43 over-delivered would be a massive understatement!After the events that transpired during the main event where Kerry Killem and Logan Green were able to secure a questionable victory over NBWA Heavyweight Champion Rick Owens and the returning Larry Horowitz, there are many questions remaining: what will this mean for Kerry’s trek for another title shot? Will this issue ever be settled? Will Horowitz be able to get back to his winning ways? Surely, we will have some kind of follow-up to this situation at Clash 44!
“Horsepower” Hunter Sampson and Olafur Hanson had one heck of a River Valley Title match but one that unfortunately ended with a disqualification when Hanson made one desperate move to end the contest. Sampson is furious and wants to put a definitive stamp on the victory so the two will clash in a title rematch this month. Will Sampson continue his path or does Hanson have his number?
After last month’s invasion by female stars Taylor Rising and Wanda Del Rey, this month will also feature one returning and one debuting star! First off, Salem Wilder will come face-to-face with an old familiar foe in Katrina Creed. Previously, Wilder has traded wins with the devilish Creed and will look to continue her momentum after besting Taylor Rising and making her way back to the championship that she lost in controversial fashion.
On the other side, Stormie Hale will be taking on Ronnie Payne, who will be making her CCW debut. Payne has been a mainstay all over the Maritimes and will be looking to make her mark when she goes one-on-one with the cocky and brash Stormie. It should be noted though that Hale is also having a pretty successful run - will Ronnie bring the pain or does the CCW mainstay have another trick up her sleeve?
No one was more shocked and apoplectic than Scotley Crue when Zatara scored a huge upset victory over him at last month’s Clash 43. This time, Crue will be matched up against Shane “Butter” Love, who has just recently made his way back to the squared circle. Can Scotley get back on track or will all the Butter Lovers be able to thwart his plans?
