If your mind feels constantly busy…If you’re stuck overthinking your next move…
If you know something needs to change but can’t quite name what…
This workshop is for you.
What do YOU want?
When was the last time you paused and asked yourself what you truly desire?
Not what someone else told you should want, not what society tells you should want, not what you ‘think’ you should want, but what actually feels in alignment for you?
What makes your heart and soul sing?
Your answers, your truth is within you, but you can't think your way into clarity. You have to feel it.
Clarity for 2026 Workshop is a 3-hour immersive experience designed to calm your nervous system, quiet mental noise, and help you reconnect to what you actually want - not what you should want.
Through somatic yoga, intentional breathwork, journaling, guided meditation, and intuitive energy healing, you’ll move out of mental fog and into embodied clarity.
This isn’t about stretching. It’s about healing.
You’ll leave knowing: • what’s draining your energy • what energizes and inspires you • what your next aligned step actually is
Not ambiguity.
Not a temporary “aha.”
But embodied clarity that you feel in your body and trust with your heart.
This workshop is led by Shanna Brown, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, and Relationship Healer, who blends somatics, energy work, and grounded coaching to help women access truth beyond the mind.
If you’re craving: • clarity without overthinking • emotional balance without numbing or bypassing • direction that feels aligned, not forced
This workshop is your invitation to…
Untangle the noise. Come home to your truth. And leave with clarity you can easily act on.
