Our BREEAM Excellent building offers space for businesses of all sizes, kitted out from hot desks and start-ups to large open-plan offices with their own front door.

Bring your laptop, plug in, and settle into a workspace designed for productivity and community.

We'll provide the tea, coffee, and everything you need to work for the day - you bring the to do list!
