About this Event
Certified Forest Bathing Instructor Tasha LaDonna leads participants through an intentional, naturebased healing practice rooted in mindfulness, breathwork, and sensory connection. Come dressed for the weather and prepared for a slow, mindful experience. Meet at the Salt Marsh Nature Center, E. 33 St. & Ave. U.
Workshop Agenda Highlights:
- Welcome & Opening Circle – Settle into the senses and connect with the earth.
- Grounding Practice – Gentle introduction to respectful engagement with nature.
- Mini-Lesson: Nature Ethics + Terpenes – How trees communicate healing through natural compounds.
- Five Senses Walk – Awaken and engage each of the senses through mindful exploration.
- Silent Walk – Meditative forest immersion for deeper presence and calm.
- Journaling & Nature Prompts ( journals provided) – Reflect and connect with guided prompts.
- Tree Pose & Release-to-Nature Ritual – Symbolic balance and offering practice.
- Closing Circle & Gratitude – Sharing reflections and closing in community.
Note: This workshop is for all ages and fitness levels; no prior knowledge is needed. It’s ideal for those new to forest bathing as well as anyone who enjoys being outdoors in nature. Children (under 16 with parents) and pets are welcome, provided families help maintain respect for the program’s flow, including silent walking and moments of meditation
