ABOUT THE PROJECT
The East Bidwell Pedestrian Overcrossing Project will create a safer connection across East Bidwell Street for people walking and biking. The proposed overcrossing would connect the future Folsom-Placerville Rail Trail and nearby neighborhoods and offices with shops, parks, schools, and other destinations west of East Bidwell Street.
