Kaiut + Yin Intensive with Michéal, Molly & Cindi

Give yourself an afternoon to move, learn, restore, and reconnect with your body.
Join Molly, Michéal, and Cindi for a special three-hour experience that goes beyond a regular class, combining the therapeutic benefits of Kaiut Yoga and Yin Yoga with hands-on assists, personalized guidance, and individual attention throughout the practice.
With three experienced teachers and intentionally limited enrollment, we'll have the time to work more closely with each student. During the Kaiut practice, you'll receive individual guidance and hands-on assists to help you recognize patterns and areas of restriction, fine-tune familiar poses, and discover how subtle changes can make a meaningful difference in your body and your practice.
We'll then transition into Yin, a natural complement to the Kaiut work. Longer, quieter holds invite you to soften, release tension, settle the nervous system, and give your body time to absorb and integrate the work you've done.
Think of it as an afternoon of self-care with purpose—time to give your body the gift of two restorative practices while receiving the personal attention and guidance to better understand your own body and support your movement, mobility, and overall well-being.
You'll leave feeling restored, refreshed, and more connected to your body and your practice, with insights you can carry into your regular classes.
Afterward, stay for refreshments —a relaxed opportunity to connect with your teachers and fellow students and enjoy some time together outside of class.
