Ever wondered what really happens behind the scenes at the Richland Police Department 👀The RPD Citizens Academy is a 6-week program designed to give community members an inside look at how your police department operates—directly from the officers who serve our city.

• Thursdays, 6:00–8:30 PM
• One Saturday morning (8:00–10:30 AM)
• Graduation: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, followed by a community celebration
