Circle Time: Reiki & Meditation Session With Alina In A Salt Room Cave

This immersive experience takes place inside our Salt Room. We will gather on yoga mats with cozy blankets, creating a grounded and nurturing environment for meditation and energy work.

To enhance your experience, the halotherapy (dry salt therapy session - $50 value) machine will run for 45-min, dispersing microscopic salt particles into the air. This allows you to receive the respiratory and wellness benefits of dry salt therapy while you relax into meditation and receive Reiki energy.

Inside our therapeutic salt room, you’ll experience Halotherapy—a modern, holistic wellness practice where micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt are dispersed into the air. As you breathe, this mineral-rich salt is believed to help cleanse the respiratory system, reduce inflammation, support easier breathing, and promote overall relaxation. 

Alina is a Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups, guiding students through Level 1, Level 2, and Master initiations. She believes Reiki is her calling and is passionate about sharing it with those who feel drawn to it.

In this Reiki & Meditation session, meditation helps you connect with your higher self through mindful awareness, while Reiki energy supports you in reaching your highest potential, elevating your body, mind, and spirit in the Salt Room. ✨

Together, we’ll create a calm, supportive circle to elevate your body, quiet your mind, and nourish your spirit.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in, get comfortable, and gently transition into the space before we begin promptly at circle time.
