We live in a fast-paced society — filled with endless tasks, stimuli, and demands, yet most of us are not offered enough support. No wonder we get overwhelmed, exhausted, contract, put up fences, and protect ourselves in different ways.
There’s often no true sense of community, no elders to guide us, very little Ceremony and Rituals, and so few examples of healthy, grounded ways of being.

Even when we manage to create beauty in our lives, many of us fall into the trap of overfilling our calendars and plates anyways. The high tempo that pulses through the invisible collective field keeps pulling us into busyness.

This constant doing, overwhelm, stress, and push for efficiency disconnects us from ourselves, each other and Life. It makes us sick. We lose touch with what truly matters.

We are living in a time of great intensity. And now, more than ever, we need each other as mirrors, as reminders that we are walking this path together. We need each other to remember ❤️

We will journey with one of the planet's most powerful yet gentle heart medicines: Ceremonial Cacao.
I work in collaboration with this sacred plant, inviting her to hold us in warmth, grounding, and love. Cacao gently opens the heart and guides us into deeper self-awareness, offering a safe and expansive space for inner exploration and shared connection.
Whether you are familiar with Cacao or it’s your first time, you will be lovingly guided throughout the Ceremony.

𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑
My Maria Sofia is a mother, doula, weaver, ritualist, and modern medicine woman. Her life and work are deeply inspired by indigenous teachings and a reciprocal relationship with nature.
She is devoted to creating sacred spaces that foster connection, healing, and transformation. Her work, studies and practices are rooted in the Andean-Inkan Holy Mountain Tradition, Biodanza, animism, herbalism, shamanism, and Aware Parenting.
For many years, she traveled to Guatemala to study and sit with Cacao under the guidance of Keith, the globally known Chocolate Shaman. Since 2016, she has facilitated countless Cacao Ceremonies in Norway, holding space for others to connect with their hearts and each other.
As a trauma survivor and healing practitioner, My Maria Sofia’s work is infused with compassion, integrity, and depth. She walks alongside those navigating motherhood, life transitions, and self-discovery, always honoring the unique journey of each individual.
