Circle of Healing: Grief Ceremony

No matter what your source of grief or how long you have carried it, we invite you to a circle of release and restoration. During this 2 hour ceremony we call on the healing powers of the four natural elements. We begin with Water where participants are invited to share aloud the grief that has brought them to the circle and to drop a stone into a bowl of water to symbolize release. We then move to Fire, where to the beat of drums participants are invited to shake, scream, hit pillows and release trapped grief through movement. We then guide participants back to groundedness through guided meditation and contemplation of nature. Finally, we invite participants to rest on blankets and enjoy a sound bath that restores the body through vibration and Air.

There is no grief too great or too small. We have space for you.
