Circle of Forgiveness

We will follow a gentle, guided, transpersonal process, in which you will be invited to experience forgiveness towards yourself and others. There is no expectation to share personal stories. The focus in on supporting the healing of your heart and the release of old wounds.

This is not a religious practice and it is not about condoning or forgetting hurt that has been done. Rather, it is a gift to yourself to free yourself from whatever keeps you weighted and bound.

Created byOlivier Clerc, this approach has already supported thousands of people across many countries and offers a simple, experiential method for cultivating a practice of forgiveness, including self-forgiveness.

The session is facilitated by Vera, Tom and Calvin, who were trained in France by Oliver Clerc.
