THIS GROUP IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

• Offer your time, energy, and efforts to care for the well-being of others
• Want a safe space to share and process feelings, connect with like-minded professionals, and create a supportive community around you
• Sometimes struggle with compassion fatigue, feel overwhelmed, lonely, or drained from the work you do, even if you love it deeply
• Want to learn and practice tools to create resilience and joy, strengthen your nervous system, connect to Nature, and express yourself creatively
• Deeply care about basic human rights and believe in a system in which we can all receive care, away from “isms” (racism, sexism, classism, ableism...)

GROUPS STRUCTURE:

• Pilot groups meet 3 pm-5 pm on 4/26, 5/24, and 6/28, in a beautiful location on land near downtown Nevada City
• DAYS/TIMES FLEXIBLE FOR NOW! Still gauging interest & availability :)
• Each meeting will include an opening sharing circle, time for reflection, plus practice of a variety of somatic and movement exercises, nervous system regulation tools, expressive arts, and Earth-based (eco) practices
• Donation of $20-$30, sliding scale, per group attended. No one turned away for lack of funds. Scholarships or volunteer possibilities are available.
